When I first heard Calvin Harris’ ode to 80’s style “Acceptable in the 80’s” last March, I thought it was the perfect electronica jam to bring us into the summer. Now that summer has come and gone, the Editors offer us a slower, much more mellow version of the same track, recorded live for BBC1.

Sadly, I must admit the cover version blows the original away, but I’m totally biased with it comes to the Editors.
